Delve in

1. Microcosm

2. Do you get it yet? If not, you're only ONE INSTALLMENT AWAY from the revelation. That's right - next week you'll understand the crux of the story. Next week! Still, this week's edition is more interesting than last week's.

3. i] Microscope? Why?
ii] That is ironic...

4. "After a period of depressed self-analysis, I realised that there was nothing I could do."

5. I'm famous! Check out my photobucket account and look at a mention of Switchling in Adelaide's "The Saturday Advertiser"!

Decisions, decisions

Head over here for the next shocking installment of Switchling! People have been questioning whether or not this is 2006 or not. More observant people should already know the answer. Not crazily observant, analytically-minded, or those blessed with a great insight. Just people that have read around the two blogs.

1. Why would the door be electrified?
2. Why does the school look different?
3. What's in the science classroom?

And now, another exciting snippet from a future article!

Taking a deep breath, I slammed the extinguisher down hard on the knob.

Stay tuned.

Next!

Okay, the next installment is up. It starts getting really good (IMO) now. Check out "Both". The sections get a little shorter now since I wanted to cut off at suspenseful points and, well, there's a lot more of them now that we're into the good stuff :P

In a further attempt to get people over here, I'm going to post snippets of upcoming sections here, to tantalise and tease you. Comment on them! Suggest what's happening! Be intrigued! Here's the first, from Chapter 4:

"I suddenly understood what I was doing, and sank to my knees.

I shook with brutal, terrifying panic."

Oooooooooh. Guess away. And the questions:

1. Is it 2006?
2. What's happened to his neighbourhood?

1. Why does Joel have antiseptic?
2. What is the man's purpose?
3. Where is Joel going?
